Welcome to
Freedom from Reactivity
"Life as it happens"
At certain moments in life, profound questions or challenges arise — in spiritual practice, at work, or more generally speaking in our personal and public lives. They invite us to pause, to listen more deeply, to query, and to see with fresh perspectives. Often this inner work cannot be done on our own. Good to know that helpers are around.
People value the unique space of presence, clarity, attentive listening, practice, and joy I offer. Drawing on my experiences in contemplative practice and psychology, as well as my more than 30 years of co-working with people in organizations, I accompany you from a phenomenological perspective with care, curiosity, and respect.
Together we explore what may open new perspectives, bring relief, and allow meaningful change to unfold for you.
You are welcome to reach out.
Sessions are available in German or English.
Jürgen Große-Puppendahl
dharma facilitator
The dharma*, also known as the teachings of the historical Buddha, derives from the Sanskrit root “dhri,” which means “that which supports,” “that without which nothing can exist,” or “that which maintains the stability and harmony of the universe.”
*Including how the teachings have been rethought by Stephen Batchelor clearly expressed with the Four Tasks and 8-fold Path to be applied:
Embrace life
Let reactivity be
See reactivity stop
Actualise a path
Referencing dharma facilitator
I see my role as a dharma facilitator as that of a “process guide,” “teacher,” and “mentor” who supports the mentee in learning about and exploring the dharma. In this way, the mentee can create the conditions to develop an ethical path toward freedom from reactivity adequate to his or her real life situations.

What people say about me
“The initial conversation has been very beneficial, Jürgen.”
J. L.
“Jürgen has helped bring about positive change, which has significantly eased the burden on individuals.”
H. H.
"Working with Jürgen was both rewarding and energizing for me. His deep understanding of organizations, his curiosity and eagerness to learn, his gentle and mindful approach to people and words, and our collaborative work as equals have opened up valuable new possibilities."
U. M.
“Jürgen has a keen sense of interpersonal dynamics. He is extremely open and honest.”
H. H.
"I have known and worked with Jurgen for many years. He is an amazing friend and confidant. Jurgen has integrated the decades of his life experiences. He embodies this wisdom with a grace and humility that is very rare in this world. Jurgen genuinely cares. This is his true nature. Part of that nature is his ability to deeply listen. He lets you talk and process your ideas and concerns so that you are empowered. He becomes the wind beneath the others person’s wings so that they know how to fly. Jurgen also has the ability to step back and see the whole picture. How all the parts are connected. Then, the discernment to see what is needed to bring harmony to the whole. Jurgen is a natural leader. Not in the typical manner. He leads by example and has an intuitive sense of what others need and what gifts they bring. His presence allows others to shine. Working with Jurgen would be a life-changing experience for others who wish to express and experience who they desire to BE."

“I’ve had the opportunity to work with Jürgen as a meditation mentor and deeply value his calm, trustworthy, and genuinely empathetic presence. His open and unbiased manner creates an immediate sense of welcome and acceptance. He guides meditations and reflections with professionalism, clarity, and a finely tuned intuition. As a sparring partner, Jürgen also stands out through his appreciation, experience, and keen insight into human nature—a rare combination that truly enables meaningful growth.”
